FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Full Golf Membership represents the most comprehensive level of access at Concord. Members enjoy unrestricted access to the golf course, practice facilities, and tournament programming, along with full use of the clubhouse, dining, racquets, aquatics, and social events. Spouses/significant others and unmarried dependents under the age of 25 share in these privileges, making this category ideal for families seeking a complete Club experience. Full Golf Membership may be subject to waitlist availability.

LIMITED GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Limited Golf Membership offers a strong balance of golf access and overall Club use. Members enjoy full access to the golf course and practice facilities Tuesday through Friday, with weekend and holiday golf access available upon payment of the applicable guest fee, subject to annual limits. In addition to golf, members and their families have full access to the Club’s dining, racquets, aquatics, and social offerings throughout the week, including weekends and holidays. This category is well-suited for those with flexible weekday schedules or those seeking an introduction to golf membership at Concord.

RECREATIONAL

Recreational Membership is designed for members who wish to enjoy the Club’s active lifestyle beyond traditional golf play. This category provides full access to aquatics, tennis, paddle, and pickleball, along with dining and the Club’s full calendar of social events. A limited number of golf rounds are available each season upon payment of the applicable greens fee. Members may also participate in select instructional programs, including junior golf and clinics. This membership is ideal for individuals and families seeking a highly active and social Club experience.

FAMILY & SINGLE MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

Full and Limited Golf memberships at Concord are offered in both Family and Single designations. Family Memberships extend Club privileges to the primary member, their spouse or significant other, and unmarried dependents under the age of 25. Single Memberships provide full individual access for the primary member, while spouses/significant others and dependents enjoy access to the Club’s clubhouse, dining, aquatics, and social amenities.

YOUNG PROFESSIONAL & LEGACY PROGRAMS

Concord offers special programs designed to support the next generation of membership. Young Professional Memberships provide a structured pathway for individuals earlier in their careers to enjoy the Club at a reduced dues level. Legacy Memberships are available to immediate family members of current members and offer preferred access and pricing considerations, reinforcing the multi-generational fabric of the Club.
